All the seasons of life.

I don’t like change, especially the change in seasons. (I am a summer girl ☀️) My body, health and mindset shift - and (usually) not in a good way.

BUT - I have a CHOICE. So #byebitch

And for the first time, I am opening myself up. I’m EMBRACING all that is coming. The leaves are going to fall, the temperatures are going to drop, and the days are going to get shorter… Whether I like it or not! 

The ‘summer is over’ pity party in cancelled. Hello to a new season and a new chapter. Every sunset is a chance to begin again and I watched this sunset knowing JOY, GRATITUDE and CHANGE are on the horizon 🥰
